Business Analyst

Job Description
Participate in strategic projects, working closely with vendors, IT and business team to identify requirements
Very Strong analytical skills and have good knowledge of basic SQL.
Develop and/or modify processes to resolve business problems by using IT solutions, includes analysis of business and user needs, documenting business requirements and translating business requirements into functional requirements.
Significant business experience in financial services, ideally in the Insurance / commissions space
Proven technical aptitude and understanding of how systems work / integrate with one another
Proven ability to identify business needs and partner with IT / Vendors to execute against those needs
Significant experience with strategic projects
Strong communication, organization and prioritization skills
Demonstrated analytical skills
Strong Microsoft Excel skills
Bachelors degree or higher
Demonstrated ability to quickly pick up new subject matter
Understand the Waterfall and/or Agile methodologies and be able to handle multiple projects at different stages

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
